  • Expert-led instruction — Classes are run by Sam James, a UK Disability Fitness Expert with a Level 4 qualification in Exercise for Long-Term Neurological Conditions. She brings both expertise and empathy to every session.

  • Inclusive atmosphere with social benefits — The weekly class at Moredon Sporting Hub even wraps up with a sociable drink—combining fitness with community spirit, whilst tackling isolation.

 

When & Where: Join in the Movement

Here’s a snapshot of current sessions:

  • IncluSeat at Moredon Sporting Hub

    • When: Wednesdays at 11:00 am & Fridays 1.30pm

    • Fee: £5 per class (we have a sociable drink afterward which is extra)



  • Monday Evening at Wroughton

    • When: Mondays at 7:15 pm

    • Venue: Washbourne House, Wroughton, Studio up 1 flight of stairs – NO lift.

    • Fee: £6.50 (booking required)
