Sam is a highly qualified Fitness Professional. She is also an experienced Group Exercise Trainer, Presenter and Instructor.

Sams qualifations range from Level 4 Exercise for Long Term Neurological Conditions to Level 3 Personal Trainer to the Level 3 Exercise and Disability Qualification so you know you are in safe hands.

Sam presents and does demonstrations on Disability and fitness and how to work with disabled clientèle and how this can turn your business around and create more work for yourself or your business. She is also available to train up your staff on how to work with disabled clientèle within the fitness industry.

Sam's main area of interest lies and she works within the Disability and  rehabilitation fields. She works in her local GP Referral team delivering both gym and group exercise sessions to their clients. She also is now the project manager for Active and Inclusive Swindon.  The project aim, is to get more inactive people active across the populations that need it most. Be it disability, health condition, mental health condition. Sam also works with local clubs in making them more inclusive.

Sam also teaches disabled children aged between 4-16 Zumba and Boxercise, and teenagers with Clubbercise in there schools and helping the schools get the most out of them in other areas.

Sam also works with older adults and has done seated classes within Care Homes, older adult support Groups, Day centres. She is available to come to you and deliver a session. Please contact us for more information.

Sam helped develop Seated SOSA and she has presented it at leading events including IFS (International Fitness Showcase), Project Mayhem Ribby Hall and MOVE IT / FIT. 

Sam is an Clubbercise Master Trainer which means she trains up instructors to be clubbercise instructors. She trains up disabled instructors too, as well as current clubbercise instructors on how to work with there disabled clients.

Sam has been developing Inclusfit CPD and is hoping to get this out there to the public shortly.
